DMX missed another scheduled court date in White Plains City Court on Tuesday-the judge has given the brisk-toned rapper until Wednesday to show up in court or there will be a warrant issued for his arrest.
The court date was related to a June 2 incident in which the rapper was stopped for driving his SUV at high speeds.
DMX was also ticketed for making an unsafe lane change and was not wearing a seat belt when he was pulled over.
