Karrine ‘Supahead’ Steffans is back with “Confessions of a Video Vixen II.” Actually, the former Mr. Marcus fuck flick co-star’s follow-up tell-all is entitled ‘The Vixen Diaries.’ Set for release on September 25, 2007, ‘Diaries’ will dish on all of Supahead’s latest bedfellows (since the 2005 release of ‘Confessions’), including Lil Wayne and Ne-Yo.
