The archtype for girl groups goes all the way back to The Supremes with Diana Ross being front and center-(just like Beyonce) The other members of The Supremes always got the shaff because of D.Ross' screwdown w/ the label head Barry Gordy-(just like matt knowles, just not sleeping w/ Bey or Solonge) It is one thing for Matt wanting put his girls in a postion to succeed but when you run a record label and have artists on that label, you have to fair to all of your artists or else you are doing them a disservice and you should stick to managing the ones that you put your heart and soul into. No wonder him and Jay-Z get along. Look at Def Jam when he was there and look at it now that his butt is out of there. Don't get me wrong Jay & Bey are great talents just not nice people or even being friends w/ them unless your doing something for them and they benefit from it. It would not supprise me that Matty boy will try to blackball her unless she works out a deal where she has to give him a certain percentege of money whenever she does anytype of rec. project or acting project he gets paid from that.
