Keyshia Cole Blocking “Frankie & Neffe” Reality Show

Frankie and Neffe — the mother and sister respectively of Grammy-nominated singing star Keyshia Cole — won’t be bringing their own brand of tomfoolery back to BET in a new spinoff of Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is — – at least not if Keyshia has anything to say about it.
In this interview with Sister 2 Sister Magazine’s Jamie Foster Brown, the “Love” singer says it’s unlikely she’ll sign off on her family’s new reality show.
Frankie & Neffe is scheduled to debut on BET this August.

I find Keyshia Cole and her family to be a blessing to other young womans who’s on the grind or struggle of domestic abuse drug abuse or the lost of friends and love ones mostly parents. I believe the idea of Keyshia’s mother and sister doing there own show I truly agree at the same token I can understand why Keyshia may not want them to do there own show base off some senses and acts her own TV show there were actions that she wasn’t please with and she may have not wanted the world to see but did with that being said I believe showing there true action is showing the world that its not all lights camra action but its life and its truth this is how things should be handle or should not this is what drinking smoking etc. Things of this magintude does to you but at the same token there is positive that come out of all of this and his name is Jesus how bless is Keyshia and her family. These shows were designed to showcase the most ignorant people in society to entertain the most ignorant people in society. I recently watched the Frankie and Neffie show for the first time, and I have to say it is a complete train wreck. They are definitely perpetuating stereotypes others believe to be true about black people.
These are obviously two women that could benefit from counseling, Neffe clearly has abandonment issues in relation to her mother…and well, her mother just seems to have issues. BET is obviously making money off this show, people apparently love to see train wrecks on television. Hence the over abundance of “reality shows”.
