Lil Boosie Sentenced To Four Years In Prison For Violating Parole
Rapper Lil Boosie has been sentenced to four years in state prison after a judge ruled he had broken the terms of his parole.
The “Wipe Me Down” star – real name Torrence Hatch – was convicted of drugs and firearms offenses in September after he was caught in possession of a gun, marijuana, and a drug-laced cigar in his native Lousiana last year.
He was released on house arrest and was expected to receive a two-year jail sentence when he returned to court on Monday, instead the judge ordered the 25-year-old to serve four years of a ten-year suspended sentence after the star’s house arrest ankle bracelet indicated he had violated the terms of his release several times.
He will complete two years of supervised probation upon his release.
