Mediatakeout is reporting that Lip Gloss-poppin rapper Lil Mama, whose real name is Niatia Jessica Kirkland, has lost her mother after a long battle with cancer. Tyra Kirkland was diagnosed with cancer in 2003. Lil Mama received the news of her mother’s passing while at an Atlanta concert; and she immediately returned to New York City.

It’s was so fainful to hear about Lil Mama mother passed away. In this whole tragic I bet you her mom was so happy and still now about what is her daughter has become. My prayers goes out ot her family. And may god bless them!!
