Lil’ Wayne has been sued for $1 million by a teenager who claims she was trampled when the New Orleans-bred rapper tossed fistfuls of cash into the crowd during the Morgan State University Homecoming Celebration last October.
Tyrique Layne, of Fort Washington, Maryland, filed the suit in Baltimore City Circuit Court on Monday afternoon. Tyrique claims she lost consciousness and sustained serious and extensive injuries after Weezy and his entourage tossed a large sum of money into the audience, causing the crowd to surge toward the stage.
A “serious closed head injury” has now results in memory loss, difficulty concentrating, and severe headaches.
