Lil Wayne stunned a reporter for XXL when he demanded the writer treat him on the same level as Black History icons, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X.

When asked about the perception he’s over-saturating the market with his music, Wayne responds, “Darling, I don’t care what nobody think. Talk to me like you talk to Martin Luther King or Malcolm X. You’re not going to ask him about what he thinks about what somebody said about him. You ask him about his greatness, and his greatness only.”

I don’t think he was been conceited. And just because he is known to be best rapper doesn’t always mean you can say wat you want. But anywho what Dwayne said wasn’t wrong. People are just looking at it wrong. I feel like all Dwayne was saying was he worked himself up to receive enough respect to be talked to as well as respected educated men that have earned n receive their respect. I really don’t see the problem but ook. Not my business.
