Ludacris has signed on for an eco-centric reality competition under the Discovery Network’s Planet Green Channel. Battleground Earth will feature Ludacris and rocker Tommy Lee competing in various challenges around the country that highlight eco-friendly issues. Planet Green debuts on June 4th, with Battleground Earth’s projected premiere set for July or August.

The series will culminate with the two artists converging in Los Angeles to co-headline a concert at the Greek Theater with proceeds benefiting Griffith Park.”
