What an ugly, fugly dress. She has no style and she should never wear anything that clings to her ASS.

I thought her ball gown was very pretty. I think it would have been absolutely georgous without the shoulder strap thing though.

She did herself proud by wearing that soft flowing dress, she appears to be such an angry woman, and the dress softened her.

Her choice of clothes is really bad, like the horrid black and red thing that looked like she murdered someone, and then that yellow couch cover looking mess.

I feel for her and wish she didn’t come off as being so very mad all the time.

I think she should have done her hair up more and either worn no straps or a light veil like material draped around her shoulders and fastened with her brooch. Anyone get my picture, she would have looked younger.

So disappointing! I think Michelle is a beautiful woman, and I had really been looking forward to seeing her gown. I agree with the comments posted (i.e. cotton sundress, bedspread, horrible strap, etc.), but I have another observation to make. Why would she choose a dress with a train when she knew she would have the eyes of the world on her as she danced all night? The dress was clearly too long, and she had to keep pulling it out of her way. I’m amazed that Barack didn’t trip on it and send them both crashing down.

Michelle Obama’s gown was the ugliest gown I have ever seen. It looked like a limp rag and she looked hideous in it. The one strap was horrible.
Between the Inaugural gown and that horrible red and black dress she wore at the acceptance speech, the woman needs help with fashion. Someone at the White House, please help our first lady with her wardrobe. She is a pretty lady and need some fashion sence.
