Nas has filed new court documents claiming he’s unable to make his ordered child and spousal support payments to soon-to-be ex-wife, R&B star Kelis.

The prolific MC was ordered last month to pay more than $87,000 in back child and spousal support, as well as $10,000 per month to Kelis — the mother of his infant son Knight.

In a new filing, obtained by TMZ.com, Nas’ attorney — Hollywood divorce lawyer to the stars Mark Kaplan — claims that the judge predicated the order on Nas making $152,031 a month, when in fact, he makes “substantially less than that amount.”

Kaplan is asking the judge to reconsider the amount of payments to make sure that it is proportional to Nas’ monthly income.
