Ne-Yo sued R. Kelly in a December 31st lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court following the Hip-Hop/R&B superproducer’s dumping from R.’s Double Up tour.

Ne-Yo alleges that he was dumped because crowd and press reaction to his performance was “more favorable” than R. Kelly’s.
