Hip-hop’s most undercover couple has called it quits-at least that’s the story according to an inside snitch.

According to the insider, the two have been apart for a few weeks now. And Nelly has reportedly already begun dating other people, but Ashanti isn’t holding up so well:

“Ashanti is really broken up over losing [Nelly] … But her friends and family are helping her get through it.”

“To get her mind off [the break up], Ashanti’s been spending all her time working on music … now she may even be able to release an album before year’s end.”

I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE LAST LONGER BUT I GUESS IT WAS FOR THE BEST. HE JUST WASN’T READY TO REALLY COMMIT TO HER ANYMORE BECAUSE IF HE DID HE WOULD NOT BE DATING ANYONE ELSE NOW. I GUESS SHE JUST WASN’T THE ONE FOR HIM LIKE HE MAY HAVE THOUGHT.

I am happy tha you came to your senses. You deserve better than that. Although ashanti is a beautiful girl I still think that Nelly deserves someone that will be tru to him. I am daom glad that there is not a ababy in the picture
