Oprah Winfrey and her naked dogs were spotted without Manolos yesterday. It appears the Queen of Talk has a bunion of some sort that looks like it is in the process of becoming a sixth toe.
That was a kickass article. What do I do now?

u can tell that the last toe to the rigiht is so fake. it’s so stupid. if she had six toes she would have gotten surgery by now. duhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!

It appears based on this image, that Oprah does have bunions. What’s not clear based on this image is that Oprah has a sixth toe, which is called polydactyly. This is one of the most common congenital deformities. It’s not possible to make a definitive diagnosis without a medical examination and x-ray by a podiatric physician. A bunion is an enlargement of the joint at the base of the big toe—the metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint—that forms when the bone or tissue at the big toe joint moves out of place. This forces the toe to bend toward the others, causing an often painful lump of bone on the foot. Bunions can be extremely painful if left untreated! Whether she has six toes or no toes, I am fed up waiting for an opportunity to watch her live show. It’s been almost four years waiting now since I sent a request to see her live in her show. So what’s the big deal about having six toes when you cannot even see her in person?
