if Ashanti want to marry Nelly it’s got to be her own discesion.Not because u r her maneger u make her discesion for everthing.Ashanti is grown she has a choice if and how she want to marry.It is a mom concern to protect her daughter. let she made her own choice.

I feel where Ashanti mama cumin from she still wants Ashanti to be her lil girl. i think that ashanti’ s mom should let her be cause she is grown and she can make her own decission just like nelly said and even thow she is her manger that dont mean that she can pick who our what her daugther wants be with so just like a mother dont want to let go of her baby girl its time to let her go she nows what she want and thats to be with nelly they been together this long so let them go down the alley the make a good couple just like jay z and beyonce

Ashanti’s mom isn’t blocking anything. Everybody knows that Nelly is content with having a life long “girl-friend”.

Just because Jay-Z got married doesn’t mean every rapper wants or needs too.
