It looks like Akon could be well on his way to getting “Locked Up.” Fishkill police have identified the KFEST concertgoer tossed off the stage by Akon as a 15-year-old resident of Harriman, Orange County in Upstate New York Detective Lt. John Berlingieri said on Wednesday.

Police will not release the teen’s name.

On Sunday at Dutchess Stadium, during a concert staged by Fishkill-based WSPK (104.7 FM), the 15-year-old was plucked from the crowd by a security guard, hoisted in the air by Akon and hurled back into the crowd.

The boy’s mother contacted police and gave them her son’s name.

Clintondale resident Heather Idema attended KFEST Sunday with her husband and 10-year-old daughter, and supplied the local newspaper with video footage she took of the incident.

Heath snitched that someone in the crowd threw something at Akon, who then asked the crowd to identify that person.

The KFEST concertgoer was plucked from the crowd by a security guard and directed toward Akon, who hoisted the fan onto his shoulders and tossed him into the audience.
