The NYPD are on the hunt for a gang leader they believe has links with rapper Cam’ron and his crew The Diplomats.
According to police reports, Jared Gomes is the head of a Bloods gang in the Bronx, but has been on the run since December 2005 when the FBI busted a cocaine and gun smuggling ring he was allegedly involved with.
J.G, who was seen dining with Cam’ron last year, is also wanted in connection with the shooting of a waiter in North Carolina, according to the NY Post.
But a spokesman for the hip-hop star - born Cameron Giles - denies the rapper’s involvement: “(Cam’ron) has nothing to do with anyone who is a fugitive.”
