R. Kelly’s five year old child pornography trial has been delayed again, this time due to ‘personal reasons.’ The Grammy Award winner was set to face trial on September 17th.

‘Under doctor’s orders, the lead prosecutor, who has recently given birth, is not able to proceed at this time,” a statement from the court said on Tuesday.

R. Kelly is facing fourteen counts of child pornography.
