Reggie Bush Kim Kardashian Criticized For African Charity Trip
Kim Kardashian says she is becoming increasingly bothered by harsh remarks from the public about her interracial romance with African-American New Orleans Saints star Reggie Bush.
Kim and Reggie were recently criticized for their decision to embark on a charity trip to Africa to tour diamond mines with Russell Simmon’s Global Grind Organization. The socialite claims she was blasted by critics who felt she “didn’t belong.”
“I don’t understand it because I was raised to not see color,” the Armenian bombshell told FOX411 at the Three O Bubble Vodka Launch party in New York City earlier this month.
“But you’re still faced with it,”Kim added.
“All the comments were, ‘How dare she go to Africa,’ and it’s just like, you know what, I can’t believe that charity work is being judged, and I can’t believe people would even comment on that and I think it’s really disgusting,” she said.
Despite the feelings her relationship ignites in some people, Kim manages to take to harsh judgement in stride.
“At the end of the day, you just have to brush them off, you have no choice.”
“I hope by the time Reggie and I have kids, things will be different,” she added.
