Rihanna’s returning to the stage.

The “Umbrella” hitmaker will perform live at a show in an undisclosed in the United Arab Emirates May 28. The public performance will be Rihanna’s first since she “allegedly” assaulted by boyfriend Chris Brown during a dispute last February.

“It will be the best concert the region has ever seen and we will stop at nothing,” says Yassin Matbouly, managing director. “She didn’t used to be famous, or is going to be famous — she is famous, right now,” he emphasised. “She is incredible and she wants to come to the Middle East for the people of the whole region, not just the UAE.”
