Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons filed a $250,000 libel suit against gossip rag In Touch Weekly in New York State Supreme Court on May 17th.

The suit names Bauer Publishing as well as In Touch Editor-in-Chief Richard Spencer and Executive Editor Michelle Lee as defendants.

No word on just what In Touch did to provoke the suit.
