Shaniqua Tompkins 50 Cent Lawsuit: Evicted Shaniqua Tompkins 50 Cent Breach Of Contract Lawsuit
Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of 50 Cent’s ten year son, Marquise, has sued the rapper for breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Shaniqua claims 50 is trying to evict her and her two sons from their Long Island home.
In a complaint filed New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Wednesday, 50’s BM asks a judge to rule that she has a right to live in the residence. She says the G-Unit boss promised her and their son a safe place to live.
“This is somebody who was with him when he was shot and who nursed him back to health,” Tompkins attorney, Paul Catsandonis, tells the Associated Press. “I think what he’s doing is horrible.”

I think the situation looks suspicious! To be honest wih you, I strongly believe that Ms Tompkins boyfriends’ entourage had something to do with the fire. Her story contradicts the court statements issuing a conviction for her and Marquis by the end of the school year.. There is very little evidence or claim to support her story. Why would 50 cents tell her “If I can’t have it, no one will.” Ms Tompkins does not look like a ‘high maintenance’ individual. I have seen several photos of her…nothing lavish!….So who had the most to gain? Her ‘UNEMPLOYED’ boyfriend and his entourage. They’re not going to be able to live off of $6500/month with no place to stay!!!!
