Kanye West and MTV News personality Sway Calloway are helping young veterans deal with issues like debt and depression as part of a new MTV News special airing next week.

Choose or Lose & Kanye West Present: Homecoming chronicles the tough hurdles facing three vets trying to re-adjust to life at home after long tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“There are hundreds of veterans out there who are falling through the cracks. They make the ultimate sacrifices for us by laying down their lives, but it seems like a lot of them just get forgotten about,” Kanye says.

Choose or Lose & Kanye West Present: Homecoming will air on MTV next Monday, July 28, at 10 p.m. ET.
