Tameka Foster In Stable Condition After Botched Plastic Surgery
Tameka Foster, the 37-year-old wife of R&B star Usher, is in stable condition after suffering complications from cosmetic surgery in Brazil over the weekend.
“Tameka Foster is in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil,” Usher’s rep said in a statement on Monday. “Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital. No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time.”
News of the cosmetic surgery came as no surprise to a longtime friend of Tameka’s, who tells the Chicago Sun-Times that the 37-year-old celebrity stylist has always been “obsessed with her looks.”
”Tameka has always been obsessed with her looks and talking about the importance of starting plastic surgery early…’Tameka is also bugged by how Jonetta [Patton, Usher's mother] is always after her about her looks. … I think that made her even more insecure.”

Okay, for starters, I think Ms. Foster/Mrs. Raymond never stood a chance. She is married to one of the sexiest men alive, but she has been married before, has children from a previous relationship, and she’s *gasp* NOT LIGHT-SKINNED, LATINA, or WHITE!! The poor woman is under so much pressure to be perfect, but why is Tiger Wood’s wife or Kobe Bryant’s wife made to feel that pressure. Why do we [blacks] consider her “ugly” ?!
