Tameka Foster Plagiarized “Pretty For A Dark-Skinned Girl” Blog
As if her popularity ranking wasn’t already in the toilet, the soon-to-be former Mrs. Usher Raymond is accused of plagiarizing a poignant and touching blog she penned on colorism in the African-American community.
Aisha Curry, who wrote the book Pretty For a Black Girl several years ago, is crestfallen and accuses Foster of intentionally lifting passages of her writing and passing them off as her own.

“My heart sank into my stomach. All the hard work, all the sleepless nights I had endured was playing back in my head as I read this article written by a woman I didn’t even know,” Curry told Black Voices’ BV Buzz Column on Thursday. “Why did I feel so connected to this article? Suddenly, it came to me. It was my work! It was my work, my voice, but in her words. I was frozen. Tears began rolling down my face as I read line after line after line. I couldn’t believe it. The idea that someone could gain notoriety from an issue that I first brought to the forefront is mindboggling. People were praising her for tackling an issue that had never been exposed. Hello?!? I wrote the book on it and started it years ago. The only difference between her article and my book is she used ‘dark-skinned’ and I used ‘Black.’”

(Mike Tyson Laugh) I tried to actually read her article but i realized Tameka is a know body to me, therefore her opinion on any subject doesn’t count. Also i have to much testosterone to even be interested in that topic. Anyway nice post!

I am glad that they are divorcing. I too am a mother of a upcoming celebrity artist. My son was so sweet and nice and when he starting dating this particular girl and later married her he turned into a monster and turned his back on family and friends.
