Tameka Foster, who married R&B star Usher just over a year ago, is suffering complications from plastic surgery.

Tameka experienced complications after undergoing plastic surgery in Brazil over the weekend, Access Hollywood has learned. Dr. Gabriel Hunt, a neurosurgeon from LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, is on the way to South America to treat Tameka.

Usher cancelled his performance at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Party on Saturday night due to the family emergency.

Tameka, a 37-year-old stylist, recently gave birth to the couple’s second child, Naviyd Ely Raymond. The couple’s first son, Usher Raymond V, was born in November 2007.

A rep for Usher had no comment.
