Toni Braxton is facing foreclosure after defaulting on her mortgage payments.

The Grammy-winning singer — who declared bankruptcy in the 1990s — owes more than $12,500 on her mansion in Century City, California and officials at the Bank of America are now looking to foreclose on the property, TMZ.com has learned.

Toni has been struggling with her finances ever since she was forced to scrap a series of Las Vegas concerts in 2008 after being diagnosed with heart disease.

The news comes just a week after it was revealed that the “Unbreak My Heart” crooner is facing a lawsuit from the City National Bank (CNB), who claim Toni owes them $900,000 in loan payments.
