50 Cent is denying a report in the Thursday New York Post, which claims the rap mogul has been uncooperative in the Suffolk County, NY investigation of a suspicious fire at his Long Island home.

A fire official said investigators have not been able to conclude their investigation because 50 has not met with the arson squad.

“We interview every owner of every structure that goes on fire,” the official said. “It’s standard procedure.”

“50 and his attorneys met yesterday with Suffolk County authorities regarding the fire that destroyed 50′s house,” a rep for the rapper said in a statement. “The meeting had been arranged weeks ago. 50 is eager to review the findings of the investigation, when it is concluded.”

The May 30 fire gutted the Long Island, New York house 50 and Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of his 11-year-old son, Marquis, had been embroiled in a bitter feud over.

Do you think he’s not cooperating because he may have something to do with it? It sure does look that way to me. I will be trying my best to get to the bottom of this. I’m not a big fan of 50 because of his background before becoming a rapper, but this should be something the police should look into if not already. It is ashame his kid is in the middle of him and the baby mama drama.
