Victoria Rowell who was best known for her role as “Drucilla Winters” on Y&R up until the writer sent her tumbling down a cliff last week has released a new book entitled “The Women Who Raised Me. Victoria spent her entire childhood in foster care, and she talks about her life and the women who raised her.
