Booty-shakin’ former men’s mag model Vida Guerra has been hit with a lawsuit from her former landlords in a dispute over unpaid rent.

The Cuban-born Guerra is accused of owing Los Angeles-based property firm SBL, LLC nearly $40,000 after failing to hand over cash for the apartment she rented back in November 2008. Vida reportedly moved out after three months, but refused to pay for the remainder of her contract.

Landlords were further angered after discovering damage to the apartment – according to court papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Guerra left “stains on the carpets and holes in the walls.”
