“Change has come,” President-elect Barack Obama told a massive crowd of supporters as he delivered his victory speech in Chicago early Wednesday.

The new President-elect and his VP running mate, Senator Joe Biden of Delaware, will take their oaths of office on January 20, 2009. Defeated Republican presidential candidate McCain remains in the Senate.
