Abby Rosa of Delaware County, New York says she suffered a headache, blurry vision, and diagnosed with a concussion after a fifteen year-old boy tossed off-stage at last Sunday’s KFest Concert in Fishkill, New York landed on top of her. Abby is demanding an apology from Akon.

Abby tell the Poughkeepsie Journal that she has retained an attorney and has spoken to the Fishkill Police Department about the incident. Abby had to be transported to the hospital and doesn’t have health insurance to cover her impending medical bills.

“Somebody is at fault and it’s not my fault,” she told the Journal. “I definitely want an apology from Akon.”
